Hakan Şen is Chief AI Security Architect at ORBYNTIS, where he leads the security architecture and offensive-security strategy behind the company’s autonomous AI security technologies. He brings more than 14 years of software engineering experience together with deep expertise in red teaming, penetration testing, reverse engineering, exploit development, and enterprise cybersecurity.
Throughout his career, Hakan has led offensive-security teams and security operations within mission-critical defense environments, combining hands-on technical expertise with the leadership of complex cyber programs. He has represented Türkiye in major NATO cyber exercises, including five consecutive years of leadership in NATO Locked Shields, as well as scenario leadership in NATO Cyber Coalition.
His work increasingly focuses on the security challenges introduced by AI agents and autonomous systems. He has developed AI-powered cyber threat intelligence workflows and experimented with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations that expose security tooling to LLM-driven agents for AI-assisted security testing.
At ORBYNTIS, Hakan applies this combination of attacker mindset, engineering depth, and AI security research to help build technologies for testing, validating, and securing autonomous AI systems before and during production.
